Futura S AERO is a semi-synthetic, water-miscible metalworking fluid based on esters derived from renewable raw materials.
It is free from chlorine, boron and biocides.
Futura S AERO is a metalworking fluid specifically designed for use in medium-heavy-duty machining of aluminium alloys; it can also be used in the machining of ferrous materials and superalloys, particularly titanium. Its formulation is inert even on the aluminium grades most prone to staining and, for this reason, is particularly suitable for machining these alloys. In water, it produces a very stable, translucent emulsion.
Its features make it suitable for use with any type of water, whether hard or soft.
The product has been tested to meet the requirements of the medical industry and passes the L 929 cytotoxic proliferation test.
