Landoil Technology s.r.l. is a company specialised in the design, production and marketing of emulsifiable coolants, cutting oils and lubricants for machine tools under its own brand and on customer specifications, with 60 years of experience in the sector.
We combine the passion that has always distinguished us with design, management and production methods with high standards of control to guarantee the conformity and performance of our products.
Attention to the needs of the customer, in compliance with the expectations of all interested parties, efficiency in identifying the most suitable solutions, speed of intervention are our daily mission.
We have always paid absolute attention to the quality of our products, to ensure the full satisfaction of our customers, the safety of our people and the protection of the environment, both through technologically advanced production plant and infrastructures, and through the design and implementation of efficient processes, increasingly digitalised , with high precision and punctual and effective quality controls.
Through the definition and implementation of our Quality Management System, we are constantly working to pursue product and process innovation, safety, environmental sustainability and continuous improvement, operating according to the following key principles:
• Constant attention to the Customer: providing products and services that comply with their requirements and expectations and with any other requirements applicable to them;
• Environmental protection and pollution prevention: by systematically implementing and controlling our processes and infrastructures with a view to full legislative compliance, minimising impacts and improving our environmental performance, also promoting the design of eco-sustainable products.
• Leadership: providing our people with a clear direction to follow, establishing and sharing specific objectives for achieving our mission and meeting the expectations of all stakeholders;
• People involvement: defining and implementing communication , awareness and continuous training processes for our staff with a view to continuous development of skills and attention to quality, safety and to the environment;
• Process approach: managing our business through the planning, implementation and constant control of structured and integrated processes, capable of ensuring the quality of our work and promptly intercepting and preventing potential accidents and non-conformities, improving our performance over time;
• Continuous improvement: constantly working to improve our Quality Management System through the identification and proactive evaluation of opportunities for improvement;
• Evidence-based decision-making processes: making informed and conscious strategic and operational decisions based on data and analytical indicators that can provide timely information on the performance of our processes and the achievement of the defined objectives;
• Careful and constant management of relations with stakeholders: periodically analyzing and reviewing the context in which we operate and the expectations of all stakeholders, in order to develop market, social and internal relationships capable of identifying potential critical issues and opportunities, activating mitigation and improvement actions, which also involve our supply chain.
Only by operating within the scope of this mission and values and through careful management of the risks and opportunities of our context, we believe we can continuously improve our processes and products, strengthening the satisfaction of our customers and our position on the market, thus also meeting the income expectations of the owner.
In line with these principles, our Management has defined the following General Objectives that we intend to pursue through our Quality Management System:
• Constantly monitor the evolution of our context, the expectations of external and internal stakeholders, in order to promptly manage the risks and opportunities that derive from them.
• Investing in research and development to design and develop new innovative products, increasingly performing, safe and sustainable, expanding and renewing our range of offerings.
• To support our business development, promoting our business and increasing sales with a view to creating mutually profitable and long-term relationships with our customers, maximizing their satisfaction and loyalty;
• Implement cutting-edge production and ICT technologies to ensure maximum efficiency and control of our design and production processes;
• Protect the environment and improve our environmental impacts and performance over time;
• Optimise our production and management processes by controlling, also through our management information systems, their effectiveness and efficiency, with a view to the creation and timely delivery of a product that is qualitatively better and better, constantly safe and at competitive prices;
• Develop technical and managerial skills as well as the awareness and involvement of our people through the planning of appropriate training and continuous information, within a solid and responsible organizational structure;
• Choosing and retaining reliable suppliers and outsourcers over time, who operate in line with our principles and management methods and who contribute to the achievement of our business objectives.
• Always operate in compliance with the laws and regulations of the sector as well as the principles of social responsibility.
