Description
Protex DW /O VOC FREE is a protective fluid with dewatering action free of volatile organic compounds (VOC free). It removes moisture from finished parts and protects them against oxidation by means of an adherent oily protective film. Protex DW /O VOC FREE is suitable for the protection of metal surfaces of all kinds such as small parts, gears and dies intended for medium/long storage periods (6-8 months) indoors or for transportation under severe and very severe conditions. Suitable for immersion of parts in double tanks or alternatively in single tanks equipped with a tap for periodic drainage of water that has separated at the bottom. If necessary, also by spray, taking care to distribute the product evenly over the entire surface to be protected. The product exceeds 240h exposure to the static wet chamber (ASTM D1748) and 4h in the salt spray chamber (ASTM B117).
