Futura S AERO is a semi-synthetic, ester-based water-miscible metalworking fluid derived from renewable raw materials.
It is free of chlorine, boron and bactericides.
Futura S AERO is a metalworking fluid specifically designed for use in medium-heavy-duty machining operations of aluminium alloys; it can also be used in machining ferrous materials and super alloys, particularly titanium. As the formulation is inert even on the aluminium series most prone to staining it is particularly suitable for machining these alloys. In water it produces a very stable translucent emulsion.
Its characteristics make it suitable for use with all types of water, both hard and soft.
