Millfluid MF is a neat, inactive cutting fluid, for processing yellow metals, formulated with paraffinic mineral bases, and antiwear, anti-oxidant and anti-corrosive additives. The product has been designed for medium-duty ferrous and non-ferrous chip removal in manual and automatic machines. It has good oxidation and thermal degradation stability. Good lubricity and anti-corrosive powers. Limited smoke and mist formation and low foaming tendency. There are no active chlorine and sulphur additives. Millfluid MF is used for general, light-duty grinding, lapping, sanding and chip removal. The specific chlorine-free formulation also allows it to be used in hydraulic controls and for lubricating machine tool guides where only one product is required.
